Refund policy

We want you to truly love your IMKIA pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all tags attached. Approved returns will receive store credit or an exchange for another available item. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Personalized or tailor-altered pieces are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at imkia.fit@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right. ♡
